Unfortunately in this game cancellations and postponements happen. Find below the section where we will ask you a few simply questions in order to ensure we get all the information we need to refund your Endeavour Live Presents show ticket. Once received, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your request to be actioned. Once done, depending on what ticketing partner we use for your event, can usually take up to 5 business days for a refund to show back up on your credit card
HARVEST MOON NAPIER REFUNDS
Angus and Julia Stone and Endeavour Live regret to announce that due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts, the Harvest Moon concert in Napier on Saturday, March 30 has to be postponed. A new date has been scheduled for Saturday, 26th October at Church Road Winery, taking place during Labour Weekend. Official support acts will be announced at another date. The remaining shows of the tour in Nelson and New Plymouth remain unaffected and will continue as planned.

We look forward to making it to Napier for a special performance during the long weekend on Saturday 26th October. Really hoping everyone can join us then xoxox”
Should ticketholders wish to attend the new date, their current tickets will remain valid. However, they will be re-issued new tickets with the new dates via their Eventbrite account. Should ticketholders NOT be able to make the new dates, full refunds of their tickets are available.
